To be an officer, you must come to the third meeting of the spring quarter when elections are held. Here you will have the chance to run for either a president or officer role. Officer positions are rotated annually, updated information as to that year's roles and requirements to apply will be announced at meetings and on our Discord.
Election Process
(SUBJECT TO CHANGE, ALWAYS REFER TO THE LATEST UPDATE VIA MEETING OR DISCORD)
❥ Elections are traditionally held in the Spring, at the second or third meeting of the quarter.
❥ Those wishing to apply to president or vice-president roles must submit an application and attend a separate interview, to be voted for by that year's officer team.
❥ Those wishing to become an officer must apply then attend a meeting in which a portion will be dedicated to a club vote. Each candidate will give approximately a minute long pitch about why they should be elected.
❥ All votes will remain anonymous regardless of the election.
